All of our items are made-to-order. If it is not available for immediate purchase, we can make or remake it for your order.
Can you send me a picture of my order?
At this time, the luxxe team does not provide order previews. This is done in an effort to protect the integrity of our work. However, we are sure you will love your one-of-a-kind pieces!
What is your return policy?
Due to all of our items being made-to-order, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. If there is an error made by the luxxe team, we will replace it at no cost to the customer.
How much will it cost?
All of our items are made to order. The cost of your order will depend on the items that you order as well as the design that you are requesting. Quotes are given at time of order & payment is due upon submitting & confirming your order.

How long will my order take to make?
We are able to complete most orders within 5-7 business days. The difficulty & size of your order will determine how long it will take to complete. You will be notified of the estimated completion time at time of order.
What are your delivery options?
At this time, we ship everything through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. International shipping is available. Cost varies depending on shipping location & weight of order.
